M’s PIG ACMC (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is subsidiary of Mong Reththy Group, established in 2008 with main activity of PIG Breeding Farms by providing top-quality of sows and boars domestically. The company also supplies Live Pigs to wholesalers/slaughter-house whose supply and distribute pork meat to local markets in Cambodia and processes own live pigs into high quality and standardized pork products under the brand name of OSJA Foods.

Accounting Supervisor (1 Position)

Location: Phnom Penh with possible travel to provinces

Report To: Accounting & Finance Head

WD: Monday-Saturday, 08:00am – 12:00pm & 01:00pm - 05:00pm

Duties
  • Managing and overseeing daily operations of the Accounting Section.
  •  Keep closed-relationship with customers to ensure invoices submission on timely basis and keep following up for payments.

  •  Review payment to suppliers to ensure the payment is correctly paid out and with sufficient document supports.
  •  Review stock movement reports (purchases; sales, productions; transfers; returns; etc.).
  • Review and calculate production costing for management and sale team.
  • Review Monthly Cash & Bank transactions and Reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all accounts.
  • Maintaining and updating Fixed Asset Listing and monthly depreciation.
  • Maintaining and reviewing account transaction booking in the Accounting System.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing.
  • Produce monthly and annual financial reports for managements and interpreted when/where necessary.
  • Review the work of accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance and resolve any issues/ problems with regards to accounting works
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other tasks as required by managements.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting/finance or related field, preferably with IFRS and CAS knowledge.
  • 05- 06 years’ accounting/financial experiences with private sector with at least 02 years’ experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
  • Ability to use software accounting system and good knowledge on advance excel.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented setting are necessary.
  • Ability to cope with changes in schedules, multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proactively.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a high level of professional behavior.
  • Honestly, transparency and accountability.
