ActionAid Cambodia (AAC) is undergoing a change transition and to fulfil operation need and requirement during this period, we are looking for the applicant to fill in the consultancy post of finance advisor for a duration of 4 (four) months, starting January 2025 to end of April 2025.
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Objective
The finance advisor will provide overall support for sound financial and grant management including budgeting/forecasting and planning, and expenditure, financial reporting, related technical support to partner, projects compliance to donors’ rules and regulations and legal integrity of ActionAid International Cambodia (AAC) as well as local statutory requirements within the framework of the policies and procedures established and those requirements policy and guidelines are adhered to and fully complied with.
Deliverables
The finance advisor will provide technical and hands-on support and advise on the following:
Timeframe and workplan
The consultancy period will take place between January 2025 and April 2025. The contract will be signed following the agreement between the consultant and the technical focal person on a 4-month work plan covering the above deliverable that outlines the tasks for each delivery, expect activities and output, and timeline including number of day.
