In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), we aim to foster the development of human resources within the country. Our current subsidiaries include Sovannaphumi School, Pacific Kids School, East West International School, American Pacific International School, and the NTC Training Center. NTC GROUP is seeking a qualified and committed for the position below:
Human Resources Director shall develop, drive and implement human resources strategies, policies and human resources operations process to meet human resources department’s objectives and business goal for NTC Group’s head office and its assigned campuses.
Salary and Benefit:

Training & Development Officer (PKS) shall implement academic program and manage school operations strategies to meet business objectives of NTC Group and its campus and evaluate the effectiveness of the training to comply with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Unit of Pacific Kids School.
