• You will work closely and assist the Sourcing Manager in order to fulfill the following missions:
• Manage the company supply portfolio and ensure transparency of spending,
• Manage the purchases based on the crop calendar,
• Analyze, calculate and schedule the costs of procurement,
• Sign agreements with our suppliers, the small farmers and follow-up them through-out the year,
• Check that contracted farmers comply with Fairtrade principles, good agricultural practices and monitor hygiene and food safety measures,
• Continuously look for new sources of supply for products that fit or complement the company's range of products,
• Discover and partner with trustworthy partners and vendors,
• Participate in the quality checking of the goods,
• Work closely with the supply chain manager to avoid stock-outs or delays in product supply chains and anticipate the needs of products.
