Marketing Manager

Duties
  • Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff & sales network.
  • Prepare and complete action plans Meet marketing and sales objectives
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Monitor expenditures related to S&M department
  • Initiate and implement marketing activities, conduct activities fulfillment study and analysis, and to contribute towards better‐informed decision‐making and evaluation of campaign activities;
  • Successful execution of Advertising and Promotion campaigns, launching and marketing activities to achieve target set in annual plan;
  • Provide detailed analysis on customer insights and competitor behaviors and develop actionable business information and understand opportunities and threats by products, geography locations and segments;
  • Initiate, develop and manage strategic plan Other duty will assigned by top management.
Requirements

Area Operation Manager

Reporting Structure: Operation Manager

Duties
  • To ensure that all Senior BMs and BMs are fully conversant with Bread Talk’s operating procedures through proper training in liaison with the Training Department.
  • Ensuring sustainable operational capacity is provided through implementation of operations and maintenance strategy, management of directly managed capital works and coordination with capital works program.
  • Identifying & exploiting synergies between production and operational areas in collaboration with the lead teams to formulate and deliver the operation strategy whilst pro-actively seeking external best practice / benchmarking to enhance performance.
  • To check Stores on a routine basis to ensure Bread Talk’s operating procedures and Q.S.C. standards are strictly adhered to, inclusive of areas such as food preparation / food quality, customer service, Store’s image and cleanliness.
  • Plan with the company management team (comprising of Operations Manager, Finance Manager, and Marketing Manager) in the setting up of Stores P & L budget by year and month.
  • Work with individual Senior BM to achieve the P & L budget through Sales Building, Increase Gross Profit Margin, Control operating Cost
  • Setting specific Management Objectives for Senior Branch Managers.
  • Assessing the impact and manage the risk management process and Health and Safety activities Being accountable for the development of excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including relevant bakers to ensure they are managed, motivated and operate safely.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor/Master Degree in business Administration or related to fields.
  • At lease 5 Years’ experience with Managerial level and successful management experience of at least three (3) years in Food & Beverage or Bakery industry.
  • Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication
  • Have excellent managerial, supervisory and inter-personal skills, highly-developed communication skills
  • Proven management abilities in regards to Planning short and long range goals, Forecasting, Analytical etc.
  • Proficiency of English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proven records of commitment and professionalism in meeting the challenges and pressures of a 24-hour, 7-day week operation.
 

Senior IT Executive

Reporting Structure: Assistant IT Manager / IT Manager

Duties
  • Lead a team and provide directions to steer IT infrastructure
  • Managing the overall operations within the IT and creative services unit.
  • Managing internal server of the company
  • Providing directions and advice on best practices in company’s internal network system
  • Maintenance of servers, setup, installations, configurations and other network services
  • Provide POS hardware and software support.
  • Resolution of POS software incidents
  • Troubleshooting & resolution of POS software incidents
  • Plans and monitors production activities
  • Drive new project services initiatives to develop enhance company’s IT capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent and timely reporting of programs/ projects, consolidating.
  • Develop and manage the training/ awareness program
  • Ensure that all IT products are under warranty and maintenance coverage.
  • Other duty will be assigned by top management.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in IT or relate field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with service.
  • Knowledge Microsoft Window server, Cisco product and other programs.
  • Knowledge MS SQL server and VB.net
  • Knowledge and experiences in windows network environment.
  • Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and superiors.
  • Good problem-solving skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and high responsibility.
 

Procurement Officer

Reporting Structure: Assistant Procurement Manager/ Manager

Duties
  • Maintaining and organizing purchase of all goods, services and contracts on a best price / best quality basis, and best service.
  • Managing vendor relationships and building effective Procurement partnerships. Ensuring the smooth supply of material, consumables and equipment to the company.
  • Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain.
  • Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers and controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services.
  • Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
  • Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures. Administering the online purchasing systems.
  • Maintaining records & reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing goods ordered received. .
  • Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases. Giving sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development.
  • Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues. Other job require by Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, administration management Minimum 2 Years of experience in related filed is an advantage Good English Languages Skills for both in written and spoken
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Internet-Email), and Accounting Software.
  • Experience using e-mails for regular formal communications
