4P’s, headquartered in Saigon, Vietnam. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 39 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses," "Earth-to-people," and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Senior Global Accountant (1 Position)

Duties
  • Check AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts payable), and GL (General Ledger) of the Accounting - Department before recording
  • Record all transactions involving the restaurant business.
  • Control, monitor, and be responsible for general accounting report monthly, quarterly
  • In charge of month-end and year-end close process
  • Monitor and allocate accrued expenses from departments
  • Assist with tax audits and, returns and audited report
  • Other analysis reports as revenue, expenses, bonuses
  • Control report of Import - Export – Inventory
  • Attend stock count at month end
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Working with the accounting firm to check and submit the FS report to comply with the Laws of each country.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working in F&B sectors
  • Experience working at equivalent positions
  • Experience working at SAP B1 system
  • Good communication & Problem-solving skills
  • Honesty, activeness and willingness to support as required
  • English proficiency
 

Sustainable Developer (1 Position)

Duties
  • Responsibilities
  • Zero Waste Team Management / Recruitment / Problem Solving all
  • Execute and Coordinate Zero Waste operation and development including 3rd party corporation, meet the commitment of % diversion rate.
  • Keep a rigorous reporting with periodic updates of waste status, problem and challenges with zero waste operation to Management team
  • Engage with local community, government, 3rd party organization for environmental stewardships and awareness, through participate in activities/events , collaboration in sustainability, marketing, session request
  • Building and maintaining workshop and activities in order to raise awareness and engagement with Guests
  • Support with Marketing and store activity plan in Cambodia inc coming up event following concept, then communicate closely with restaurant team
  • Research and build connection with Sustainability sourcing (producers, farmers, crafter), conduct farm audit and create farm visiting report support for SCM team.
  • Support for Digital Marketing, SNS handling support in Cambodia
  • Implement and participate in KAIZEN for other sustainability initiatives apart from waste management including energy management, climate change, sourcing, packaging… that align with 4P’s Brand Sustainability Goal and Sustainability Reporting System
  • Work collaboratively with Sustainability team in Vietnam and globally for any sustainable project development , including propose and support in setting up a recycling program to apply for CURRENT STORES IN VIETNAM and NEW STORES GLOBALLY to increase recycling rate of 4P’s Brand
  • Building training material and conduct Sustainability training for 4P's partners to foster a positive culture with high sustainability awareness at Pizza 4P's
  • Report Line
  • Directly report with the Sustainability Team VN, work directly with the Operation team in Cambodia.
  • Set up weekly MTG with Thu weekly to track sustainability

Duties
  • Assisting Restaurant Operation
  • Build up a good relationship with customers to make sure that they are happy with our food and service;
  • Assist managing all the restaurant staffs and make sure that their work quality is at Pizza 4P’s standard;
  • Manage and make sure that the restaurant environment is always at Pizza 4P’s standard & core value.
  • Training
  • Train leaders of each department and maximize the performance of each team;
  • Have close communication with leaders and make sure that the progress of each department’s training is on track;
  • Fully understand the training protocols and systems of Pizza 4P’s and suggest ideas to improve it if any;
  • Assisting in Cost Management
  • Be always aware of the labor, food, and other costs of the restaurant and make sure that the total cost is lower than the target;
  • Come up with ideas and implement them to meet the total target cost;
  • Manage the daily sales and input all the necessary numbers on a pre-determined sheet;
  • Analyze the sales and come up with ideas to increase sales and then implement those ideas into daily restaurant operations.
  • Other Tasks
  • Have close communication with Restaurant Manager, operation supervisors, leaders, and office teams to improve the performance of the restaurant;
  • Consult with staffs and support creating the Great Place to Work;
  • Update the immediate Restaurant Manager about a long, mid, and short term goal achievement progress in a timely manner;
  • On behalf of Restaurant Manager & Acting Restaurant Manager when he/she is not available in the restaurant.
