The Royal Government of Cambodia has received 50.66 million financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of the Ministry of Environment, Cambodia Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project (CSLEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for The Design and Build of ET Infrastructure Development (Contract No.: MOE-CW-2024-02) with the identification number of lots (contracts) comprising is:

The bidder can bid all lots or lot by lot
Procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding Procedures outlined in the guidelines and procedures set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers and provisions stipulated in the Financing Agreement in consistency with the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th December 2024 at 3:30 PM (Cambodia Local Time). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately open after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address provided in the contact details.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB.
