Position Summary

Working: 5.5 day/week from Monday to Saturday (Half Day)/8:00AM to 5:00PM Break: 12:00PM to 1:30PM

Directly Accountable to: General Manager

Remuneration: Starting monthly salary will be set in the range of 600$-800$

Place in the organization: We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and implement our marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization. You will work closely with our sales department on developing sales plans and meeting the organization’s objectives.

* Benefits: Competitive salary is going tobe provided base on experience and knowledge, 13th Salary, annual staff trip, yearly party, NSSF and company uniform.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Planning and organizing marketing efforts to help grow our business and brand.
  • Supervising the marketing team’s collaboration with project owners to create marketing and sales messages.
  • Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition.
  • Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns.
  • Participating in recruiting marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives.
  • Generate sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives.
  • Create and prepare marketing proposal & monthly plan (including activities, promotions, and others).
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
  • Booth & Event Organizer (installation and production, booth decoration & activation)
  • Finding Brand Ambassador / Influencer / Key Opinion Leader potential
  • Digital Marketing (content creator, story board/script, social media engagement & Online Channel Development
  • Work with sales on marketing campaign, trending promotion for key accounts and other relevant to make sure sales volume hit target
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales.
  • Experience in working in the Milk industry is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of business and industry.
  • Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
