KUMHO-TECROSS JV CO., LTD. is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Health and Safety Environment (HSE

Duties

Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures. Ensure they are aligned with industry standards, legal regulations, and best practices.
Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to determine the potential impact of workplace hazards. Propose and implement measures to reduce risks.
Training and Education: Provide HSE training and education programs for employees. Ensure that staff is aware of safety procedures and best practices in their work environment.
Accident Investigation: Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses to determine causes and prevent future occurrences. Document and report findings.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios (e.g., fires, chemical spills). Conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.
Environmental Compliance: Monitor environmental regulations, ensuring the organization complies with laws on waste disposal, emissions, and other environmental impacts.
Reporting: Maintain records of safety incidents, audits, and compliance checks. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HSE programs and initiatives. Stay updated on new regulations, safety technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in HSE management, ideally in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.

Location: Ta Khmau

Duties

Manage requests for drafting and related technical services
Prepares shop drawings by studying drawings, specifications, and supporting documents
Modifies drawings by studying changes;
Maintain data base by entering data; completing backups

Requirements

Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – MS Office, Excel, CAD etc
Graduate in the field
English skills for verbal and written communication
Experience in similar position is advantage
