With representation in Singapore and Seattle, the Group invests in our 3 key pillars of property development, realty services, and hospitality management.

As a developer, Naki Group has completed Silvertown Metropolitan, a 111-unit condominium in 2014, Woodland Residences, an 84-unit luxury villa gated community to be completed in 2022, and Agile Sky Residence, a 44-storey condominium to be completed in 2022.

As a property management firm, Naki Group have served Silvertown Metropolitan, Woodland Residences, Agile Showroom, TK Avenue Community Mall and The One Mall. In addition to managing medium to large projects, our property management services extend to those smaller shops who require janitorial, pest control and sanitization services.

As a hospitality services provider, Naki Group has maintained a high quality standards of stay to our tenants. From long stay to short stay, we ensure enjoyable accommodation coupled with services of convenience.

Announcement Positions

Senior Receptionist

Duties
  • Manage and confirm customer bookings and reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following the established procedures.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they adhere to established standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to coordinate room readiness and guest requests.
  • Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress code, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture of Front Office and Concierge employees.
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest registration cards, reservation logs, and occupancy reports.
Requirements
  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality in particular with luxury service apartments or hotels.
  • Language: Good command of Khmer, English, other language is a plus.
 

Sous Chef

Duties
  •  Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimizes waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
  •  Ensure that food stock levels within the culinary department areas are of sufficient quantity and quality in relevance to the hotel occupancy and function forecasts.
  • Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
  • Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications.
  • Be aware of new items which are introduced onto the market and keep up with the lasted product trends.
  • Responsible for the supervision of all kitchen staff and their activities within the culinary department.
  • Ensure that kitchen staff are always in clean, tidy uniforms and are always presentable to be in guest view.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts preferred.
  • Experience: Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Other: Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
