Montessori Academic Manager

The position is for Native

Duties
  • Academic Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic academic plans in line with the school's vision
  • Design and oversee curriculum to ensure relevance, engagement and effectiveness
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with Campus Manager to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Host meeting and training with teachers
  • Act as the bridege between teachers and parents to address academic concern and drive continuous development
  • Staff Supervision and Development
  • Mentor and guide the Montessori Program Manager and STEAM primary teachers, fostering professional development and growth.
  • Organize workshops, training, and development opportunities to improve teaching quality and student engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of academic staff, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for improvement.
  • Monitor Student Progress
  • Monitor student's academic performance
  • Ensure individualized learning plans are created for students who need additional support.
  • Policy and Compliance
  • Develop and enforce academic policies that align with national education standards and the school's etho
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory academic standards, including student assessments, attendance, and teacher qualification.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Use data to drive academic decisions, such as curriculum adjustments, teacher assignments, and student support initiative.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest educational trends, particularly in Montessori and STEAM Education, to ensure the school remains innovative.
  • Drive initiative to implement new teaching methods, tools and technologies that enhance the learning environment.
Requirements

  • Degree in Education or a related field preferred
  • Experience
  • At least 5 years experiences in an academic leadership position. Experience managing academic teams is a plus.

School Principal
