Dedication: Full time from Mon – Fri (8:00AM – 5:00PM)

Duties
  • CREDIT CONTROLLER
  • Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
  • Managing the collection of all payments and debts
  • Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
  • Negotiating payment plans
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • ACCOUNTING
  • Tasks:
  • Issue Invoicing, official receipt, credit note
  • Manage sales team expenses
  • Maintaining sales recorded
  • ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
  • Tasks:
  • Received purchase orders and processing the delivery
  • Coordinate between admin & sales department
  • Coordinate between operation & sales department
  • Managing sales documents
  • Supporting on export process
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • SALES SUPPORT
  • Updates data entry on CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Sales reporting on KPI’s
  • Managing marketing material
  • Super farmer network administration
  • Support in admin for demo farms
  • Organizing company events
  • Any other task assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
  • Experience or working background of credit control, accounting or sales admin assistant 2 years
  • Experience in exporting from Cambodia would be an advantage
  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Availability of report and presentation in English & Khmer
  • Excellent people management with flexibility to adapt to local cultures
  • Written and spoken English, other languages valued
  • Excellent communication
  • Hard working, flexible and autonomous
