Position Summary

Working Conditions:

  • Working Time: 7:00am～11:00am | 13:00pm～17:00pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Holiday: Sunday and Legal Holidays
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervises the whole operation of production quality control, from the incoming raw material inspection to the final inspection of the packed finished products.
  • Responsible for the control of the quality standard requested by the customer through the Project Manager advice and for the application, during the production, of all the quality control standards.
  • Supervises the whole operation of quality control for material (IQC), tech Specs given to QC, order quantity. Coordinating the daily work of all the QC. Supervises the counting and daily quantities reporting.
  • Responsible for implementing an efficient quality control system in coordination with the Production Manager, but totally independently from him, and according to the quality standard requests of each product specified by the Project Manager, especially by launching Preventive Actions.
  • Inspects the 10 first finished products, In-Process Inspections, Final Inspection AQL Reports (if requested), and Preparation of the order quality control reports. Final reporting to the Project Manager & Sales.
  • Responsible for preventing the recurrence of quality problems, especially by taking Corrective Actions, organizing, training and recording KPFK-QPB-QFBK.
  • Controls the application of the quality control procedures within his department and that of the production department.
  • Plans and manages the tasks for QC workers.
  • Daily checks and controls the QC workers in the production lines.
  • Motivates the QC staff to work hard to complete the tasks on time of shipment.
  • Other relevant assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • At least of Bachelor degree of related skills
  • At least 2 years of experience at a factory as an QC Manager
  • Good communication, friendly and welcoming person
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and others
  • Good English written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of the raw material characteristics and quality.
  • Sensitive to the crucial quality difficulties in manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of the manufacturing and production processes and requested quality standards.
