Role Purpose / Summary
UWS Cambodia has exciting plans to grow our impact and reach. This position will be responsible for identifying and leading program development, planning, and priorities for UWS Cambodia, as well as assuring the quality of ongoing projects and programs to raise the profile of UWS Cambodia at national and regional levels, including building strong relationships and partnerships with the education arms of governmental bodies. The position is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will work closely with the Country Director (CD), Global team, Program Funding Manager, and relevant program team members to grow UWS’ funding portfolio while ensuring the quality of program design and implementation, in line with strategic priorities and technical standards.
The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for leading and providing hands-on technical programme support to the programmes team in programme design and development, planning, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and reporting. He/She will lead regular analysis of funding opportunities and program performance data to strengthen results-based management and decision-making. This includes ensuring that programme data and information are collected in a timely manner in collaboration with the MEAL team. Additionally, this role will lead the implementation of UWS Global’s newly developed 2030 programmes strategy for UWS Cambodia, ensuring it is locally relevant and impactful.

Annual Basic Salary 16,800-19,200 USD
