Position Title: Sub-Cashier

Opening Period: August 12, 2024 to August 26, 2024

Series/Grade: LE – 0415/6

Salary: (USD) 11,198 per annum (starting salary)

Duties: Incumbent is the main cashier for the Consular Section, collecting consular fees for the American Citizen Service (ACS) and Visa sections. S/he maintains accurate records of accountability using the Automated Cash Register System (ACRS). The jobholder reconciles daily, monthly and yearly reports. S/he Prepares monthly Consular Package figures for the end of the fiscal year. The incumbent helps to resolve any technical problems involving the cash management systems. S/he trains and assists backup cashiers, as well as other cashiers.
