We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts and Admin Officer specializing in tax filing to join our dynamic team based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 05:00PM)

Break time: 12:00AM – 01:00PM

Job Description: The Accounts and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and preparing all tax-related documents, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial advice. This role is crucial to the financial health of our company, and we are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.

Duties
  • Oversee day-to-day transactions.
  • Verify supporting documents for disbursements/settlements.
  • Monitor cash flow.
  • Update accountable documents list and indent accountable documents & operations stationery via Online Requesting System.
  • Responsible for sales audit.
  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns for the company (i.e.: monthly tax filling, Corporate Income Tax filling).
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and prepare reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in tax laws.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • File documents in an order and proper manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role will be a benefit.
  • Knowledge of tax filing procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
 

Customer Service Agent

  • Location: Siemreap Province
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable

Location: Siem Reap International Airport

Duties
  • Handling of Singapore Airline’s operational functions including cargo and ramp activities with service partners.
  • Liaise with handling agent, authorities, and vendors on operational matters.
  • Coordinate and ensure all documentations are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work together with service partners to ensure a high level of service standard is offered to passengers.
  • Handle escalated cases and action on customer feedback.
  • Assist station with accounts and administrative duties.
Requirements
  • The position will be based at Airport.
  • The candidate must have a good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Candidates with a diploma or higher qualifications are welcome to submit their application.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel, etc).
  • Pleasant personality with good attitude and able to handle customer tactfully.
  • Previous work experience at the airport would be an advantage.
  • Prepared to work on roster/weekend/public holidays/overtime when required.
  • Reports to Station Manager or Head Airport Operation
