Announcement Positions

Credit Assessment Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • Verify Credit Officer's loan assessment to ensure all information are collected and acceptable; especially loan purpose (to startup new business or expand business) and 5C and 3R analysis
  • Examine business activity through photograph
  • Evaluate cilent's repayment request, especially balloon and negotiation loan
  • Check loan document to find out any error that may occur during filing, especially misspelling
  • Check the legitimacy of reference documents
  • Conduct client visit (in case there is a suspecting) to client's residences, business premise, and collateral to verify with Credit Officer's report
  • Check client history through CBC and schedule of repayment and borrowing history from both MFIs, Banks, and Private Money Lenders etc.
  • Ensure the compliance with rules or procedure of BNKC, especially Credit Risk Policies and Procedures
  • Prepare and analyze client's financial statement to find out any risk that may arise in loan
  • Recalculate client's repayment ability
  • Learn about entrepreneurial risk, market risk, collateral risk, and social change that may affect to client's repayment capacity
  • Evaluate risk related to client's repayment period and try to reduce it for loan security, if possible
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance and Banking or related fields
  • Experience background of working in regulated financial institution at least 5 years, advanced for credit analysis skills
  • Understanding or experiencing in microfinance market research
  • Computer literacy, Ms. Office, Email etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English
  • Soft skills (Communication skill, motivation skill, leadership skill etc.)
  • Able to travel to other provinces 
  • Willing to work under pressure
 

Credit Operation Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • Provide advice on all operational issues to Operation manager
  • Assist in implementation and update credit policy and strategic plan
  • Daily checking and recommend for loan approval that requested by Credit Officers or Branch office to Credit Assessment Committee
  • Checking the monthly report on loan outstanding and loan disbursement and other reports from branch manager and system
  • Prepare monthly and other periodic operational reports for the management
  • Analyze the business environment and make recommendations on the development of new products and enhance existing products to grow the Company’s customer base and out-reach
  • Provide on the-job training on the Company’s Credit Policy and products to new recruits and existing staff
  • Assist in developing plan and strategies for branch set up
  • Manage and supervise the action of Credit Officers, non-performance Loan Recovery Officers and relevant staff
  • Develop business relationship with potential customers as well as existing customers with the view to strengthening the Company’s customer relationship base
  • Ensure the credit analysis included SME loan, Credit Risk management, follow up loan delinquency and legal action, guideline and procedures are well implemented and maintained with quality and strongly adhered by staff within operation department and develop the flow of the operation department for the Credit Services
  • Work with finance department and other relevant departments to ensure the repayment is well collected and maintain good quality of loan portfolio performance and management report in an effective and efficient manner, discuss and recommend loan approval for Credit Committee
  • Participate in staff recruitment and keep tract on staff development to ensure the proper training, coaching and mentoring that all staff are professional, high commitment and working in harmonized environment
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report for submitting to the Operation manager
  • Perform other task assigned by manager
Requirements

Duties
  • Promote and sell BNKC financial products
  • Set up and control plan (yearly, monthly, daily) of disbursement and collection
  • Lead and manage all operational activities at branch
  • Motivate and perform all staffs to ensure their performances to meet the standard of target and quality of working environment
  • Ensure appropriate training and communication of new products, policies, and procedures to ensure all branch staffs are in compliance
  • Assess the loan application submitted by COs to ensure the enough data, information and relevant documents and recommend to loan committee for approval or reject
  • Work closely with COs to follow up clients and repayment
  • Build close relationship with local authorities and their supports on MFI business’s product and service
  • Conducting survey and research in close relation with marketing and product development unit to ensure appropriate assessment and competition analysis and consultation with management for business expansion
  • Participate in recruiting and evaluating the performance of subordinates’ staffs
  • Perform other task assigned by Manager
Requirements

Requirements
