Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Understand and follow Customer’s Standard Operations Procedures.
  • Understand and compliant with Department Standard Processes, KPIs according to OPS & Company’s Policy
  • Handle booking and shipping tasks smoothly and timely manner
  • Professional communicate with all external & internal business parties (verbal & written), provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare shipping documents correctly and timely.
  • Monitor and update shipment’s status timely.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems according to OPS & Policy
  • Complete 52 training hours per year and other mandatory courses as per required by company’s guideline
  • Proactively promote the company’s 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary.
  • Delivered Skill-Sets and Characteristics
  • Bachelor degree, going to graduate or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
  • Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
  • Sense of urgency for goal achievement
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Timeliness and accountability for results
