Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To be considered for the position, candidates must have a strong background in IT and related fields, particularly with the IT Essentials CISCO Course.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience in IT
  • Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of IT essentials, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Pedagogical Knowledge : Familiarity with various teaching methods and educational technology tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and engage with students.
  • Passion for Teaching : Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Flexibility : Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in the industry and adjust course content accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Delivering engaging and informative IT training sessions following provided lesson plans and curriculum, also in IT Essential course by CISCO
  • Ensuring students’ engagement and skills development during the lessons.
  • Providing assessments and feedback on students' progress.
  • Supporting students throughout the course and mentoring their projects.
  • Continuously updating training materials and strategies to align with current best practices.
