Billing Staff (1 Position)

Duties
  • Customer Account management
  • Prepare bills for customers
  • Prepare other billing reports and statistics
  • CDR management and processing
  • Invoice management
  • Billing System administration and maintenance
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge about Windows server
  • Knowledge of PHP, IIS, Wamp server
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Crystal report
  • Knowledge of VPN
  • Knowledge of windows firewall
  • Knowledge of FTP server
  • Knowledge or experience in maintaining computer
  • Knowledge or experience in Repair computer
  • Good knowledge of English
  • High responsibilities and Confident
