Position Summary

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Finance & Adm. HR Coordinator

COORDINATES WITH : All NTFP- EP/Cambodia Finance and Project Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be based in Phnom Penh and may require to travel to the province depend on the program activities and this position is performs general administrative and cashier at NTFP-EP office and provides support as office assistant for meeting/workshop and program activities and logistics:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • General Office Maintains
  • Meeting Room: Managing meeting room arrangement coordinate with WWT of meeting booking
  • Assets recording: Checks all equipment and materials in the office, including kitchen appliances are clean and in good condition. If repair is required, inform Admin Officer or Admin/Finance coordinator
  • Staff recording: Check and verify is someone absent without inform and report to HR and Finance Coordinator
  • Leave Tracking & Updating Record: Make sure every staff asking for compensate leave, annual leave, sick leave and urgent leave
  • Administration Assistant
  • Provides all mesenterial services such as delivering and picking up of documents and other relevant items, photocopying, mailing, and other delivery errands
  • Assist in issuing the invitation letter in Khmer and other related document require by country director
  • Supports the secretariat for the preparation of NTFP-EP Cambodia organized conferences, training and workshops such as purchase of needed supplies and other refreshment, logistics needs;
  • Records official incoming and outgoing communications, including postal mails and purchase, and ensures these are distributed to respective staff.
  • Support and Assist Admin/Finance tasks (go to bank, process payment, NSSF - Tax declaration etc)
  • Organization asset and insurance updating/ record
  • Cashier
  • Holding NTFP-EP petty cash – recording
  • Prepare cheque payment
  • Making deposit cheque- cash for program and supplier
  • Checking clearance receipt and filling financial supporting documents
  • Performs other tasks related to her job designation as may be assigned by her supervisor from time to time.
