The Oxfam CLV Cluster is comprised of three countries, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Our Vision for the CLV Cluster is to increase our impact on the ground, strengthen our ability to influence policy changes at country and regional levels, raises income and saves costs.
All programs and projects in the CLV cluster are implemented effectively in contribution to the CLV Cluster Strategy 2022-24 and country strategies in each country. All programs across Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam are collaborating with each other to achieve the common CLV goal and objectives.
TEAM PURPOSE: The Oxfam in Cambodia has 3 pillar programs. Voice for Change program plays a very important role to transform women leadership, socio economic justice, labor right, sustainable livelihood, social accountability and resiveness, social safety net and other puvotal social spheres.
LOCATION: Cambodia, with travels to project locations in the provinces

HOURS (FTE) 37.5 hours per week
JOB PURPOSE: The Program Manager Voice for Change is responsible for the strategy development and implementation of Voice for Change program portfolio in Cambodia. Supports partners and accountable to donors for all project deliveries and ensures high standard program and project implementation aligning with country’s, cluster’s, region’s and Oxfam’s strategic plan.

ROLES REPORTING TO THIS POST The Voice for Change Program Manager is the direct line manager to Project Managers and the matrix line to Project Finance Officers and Project Assistants.
