Job Summary:

The Business Services Manager is responsible for the overall financial management and operations of Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh. This includes overseeing the school's budget, accounting, payroll, and human resources functions. The Business Services Manager also oversees the support teams such as ICT, premises management & maintenance and plays a key role in the school's strategic planning and development process. Additionally, the Business Services Manager performs the key role of Secretary to the Advisory Board of governors.

We are a Marketing Manager to help grow enrolment at our new campus and to generate interest in the brand and future secondary school that will open in 2026 in Phnom Penh.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager at Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promotethe school, increase enrolment and enhance its overall reputation. This role involves collaborating with school administrators, teachers, staff, and workingclosely with the Principal, Head of Primary and Admissions Manager to effectively communicate the school's value proposition to prospective pupils and parents. To be successful in this role the person must be able to connect successfully with the school’s target audiences and generate evidence-based increases in awareness, interest, calls to action and leads for the Admissions Team.

Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Educational Consultant to join our growing Admissions team (full-time or part-time). In this role, you will play a key role in attracting and enroling pupils by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective families. You will develop strong relationships with parents, understand their educational needs, and effectively communicate the unique benefits and offerings of Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh.

Please note this is a 6 day a week position.
