The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) implements the project” Citizens’ Voices and Actions for Sustainable Development in Cambodia”, supported financially by Bread for The World (BfdW) and Dan Church Aid (DCA), from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025, implemented by Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) in six provinces and ten districts, including: 1)- Pursat province in Pursat Municipality, Krakor and Phnom Kravanh district. 2)- Banteay Meanchey province consists of Mongkol Borei, Serei Sophorn and poipet Municipality. 3)- Kampong Speu province in Thpong district. 4)- Kratie province in Chetr Borei district. 5)- Kampong Thom Province in Prasat Ballangk and Sandan district and Khan Sen Sok in Phnom Penh city. One of the key activities is a “Mid-term Evaluation”.
API is looking for a group or individual consultant(s) to conduct a “mid-term evaluation” with local stakeholder, to review the project progress, achievements and challenges inform the API and the donor of key lessons learned and propose recommendations for any improvement or adjustment needed for the remaining project implementation period and documented two successful cases in the project.
API is looking for a group or individual consultant(s) to conduct this assignment based on the Term of Reference.
