Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC) is an independent trade union confederation and so fare has 130,842 members from 9 affiliated members, including trade unions and associations. CLC envisions Cambodia being a democratic society, attaining human rights, freedoms of association, equal right between men and women, and core labor standards for all Cambodian workers being respected through unity among unions and associations in the labor sector in a spirit of promoting and protecting democracy and workers’ interests with an involvement of employers as well as government.
