Sales Manager (5 Positions)

Duties
  • Develop sales plan and lead to deliver sales target
  • Lead sales performance review on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Fulfil and maintain store coverage plan
  • Lead on channel management
  • Delivery sales and distribution by SKUs
  • Liase with sales team to optimize sales team performance

  • Coordinate with sales team and Morea's team to execute market activities or campaigns
  • Ensure full deployment of POSM following guideline and timeline

Trade Marketing Manager

Duties
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop trade schemes to support sales performance
  • Lead in channel strategies to optimize sales growth in wholesale and retail stores
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
