Position Summary

Position Type: Full-time every Weekend-Saturday & Sunday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a loyal and dependable individual to join our team as a Weekend Night Shift Receptionist. As the Night Shift Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support during evening and overnight hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guest/residents/ visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or room.
  • Assist inquiries and provide information to guests regarding apartment services.
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, confirming correctness of guest information and issue receipt for the payments correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
  • Received residents’ complaints/concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Flexible to do other task assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Intern, High school, College or Fresh graduate
  • With or without experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn new skills
  • Khmer and good English are required.
