• Human Resources Responsible:
• Staff capacity building in order to strengthening their work
• Evaluation on the staff performance (new staff 3-month probation, yearly performance to all the staff under managed)
• Staff recruitment (involve with selected staff under management)
• Staff’s profile
• Staff’s salary (double check on the monthly staff’s salary)
• Staff’s conflict Solving
• Staff’s leave record and report to HR
• Manages the process of drafting, revising staff contracts, and follow-up
• Reporting Responsible:
• Government report
• Monthly report (Data base, center’s activities planning and project report if require)
• Management and Coordination Responsible:
• Supervise Temporary Child Protection Centre Poi Pet , Siem Reap family house 1 and will be reporting directly to the Program Manager
• Staff management (monitoring and provide supervision to the staff under management)
• Conduct meeting (monthly team meeting, staff and center activities schedule…)
• Contact and work with partner, local authorities, Mosvy, CCWC ...
• Coordination some tasks between main office and staff in the center
• Assessment and Evaluation staffs’ performance
• Work with the team in the center on logical frame-work (on the project involved with children in the center)
• Except for all ideas from the staff
• Fund raising
• Finance responsible:
• Follow up budget monthly expense with accountant in the center
• Support accountant for any task in the center
• Facilitate and support between accountant and Social worker
• Draft budget center expense and center need list yearly summit to program manager
• Monitoring on the yearly center budget expense after finalizing from main office
• Respect all Krousar Thmey policies such as staff policy, child protection policy, Protection from exploitation and sexual abuse, and financial policy.
