The Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) is the leading and longest-established membership organization for domestic and foreign NGOs in Cambodia. Since 1990, CCC has been working to strengthen the cooperation, accountability and development effectiveness of civil society organizations in Cambodia, and to promote inclusive partnership between government, civil society organizations, development partners, and private sector for sustainable development in Cambodia. Report to: Head of Communication and Member Development
Position Summary:
The post holder will work under direct supervision of the Head of Communications and Member Development (HoCMD). The CD Specialist will be the focal point to coordinate the regular meeting with the members of the Do No Harm Cambodia team and lead the implementation of the Do No Harm and Conflict Sensitivity (DNH-CS) training program (training, workshop, forum, mentoring, and coaching) to the NGO applicants to have a good knowledge on DNH-CS and DNH framework for project or program. CD Specialist will provide support to two CD Officers to coordinate various four Working Groups and capacity development platforms to CCC members and other CSOs such as Learning Forums, Holistic Institutional Development (HID), Local Fundraising, and annual voluntary working groups reflection, etc.
The CD Specialist will work closely with CD Officers to develop capacity development plans and deliver them effectively and efficiently based on the needs of CCC members.
