Engineering Purchase and Spare Part Store Controller (1 Position)

Duties
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Source and place order to replenish the part from OEM or local base on stock and stakeholder inquiry.
  • Keep updated inventory records (include daily shipments), receive shipment from logistic and submit document to Finance.
  • Coordinate regular inventory audit internal and external.
  • Conduct stock take every 3 monthly with Finance.
  • Check, verify new spare part arrive store, and key in data in system.
  • Ensure part movement base on first in first out stock.
  • Monitor weekly stock of HFO, diesel, and lubricant for machineries.
  • Issue spare part to the right work order and capture the monthly expanse on spare part.
  • Maintain and good arrangement spare part basically to 5S implement.
  • Work with maintenance teams to ensure availability of spare parts when required.
  • Ability to multi task, priorities and plan to meet tight deadline to achieve required target.
  • Flexible to take on additional task as when required by Maintenance Manager.
  • Support parts requirements out of normal hours, if required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science/ Technology
  • At least 2 years’ inventory stock control and spare part store management
  • At least 2 years in stock control and purchasing spare part local and oversea
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software SAP
  • Positive approach to customer and clients
  • Good understanding in stock control and build up spare part
  • Good communication skill with supplier (oversea and local)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
 

Sales Representative (4 Positions)

Compensation

  • Competitive salary

  • Sales incentive (monthly and annually)
  • Package allowances up to 165$ depends on the assigned areas

Duties
  • Implement and achieve all sales plan, sales target
  • Ensure products distribution with visibility, availability and accessibility in all channel within respective areas.
  • Know the area very well for number of customers, their volume potential and risks,
  • Follow and cover daily route plan and deliver sales productivities (Outlet visit, successful call, strike rate and performance)
  • Ability to build good relationship with customers
  • Report any competitor’s activities, price update to line manger every week, month
Requirements
  • Graduate or Undergraduate Degree holder in sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or similar industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application.
  • Good in writing and speaking English,
  • Able to travel and station in upcountry.
