Product Officer

Duties
  • To prepare key business planning documents related to the products, to the required standard, within the timescales given.
  • To analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to gain deep understanding of the market and customer needs to develop the impactful strategy and tactics.
  • To prepare the Promotional Campaign for each cycle to meet the agreed deadline.
  • To present each cycle campaign and to train sales team(s) and Sales
  • To monitor product performance to proactively analyze and discuss solutions/proposals with manager and sale team as to future strategies and tactics.
  • To be the first contact for all product related enquiries
  • To manage new product launches, from comprehensive launch plan to implementation and follow-up of both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • To be Therapeutic Area Expert (TAE) contact for the launch events,
  • To support sales team to develop early adopters.
  • To identify and contact national and international Therapeutic Area Expert (TAE) in Cambodia and for all relevant disease areas.
  • To identify all National organizations relevant to disease area(s) and contact.
  • To build up and follow up a TAE management program for the related products.
  • To contact each designated TAE regularly to achieve the following objectives:
  • To foster a positive and professional relationship with the Company.
  • To actively profile relevant company products.
  • To keep up to date with issues, opinions, product information etc. of interest to both TAE and the Company.
  • To continually evaluate opportunities for working with Therapeutic Area Expert
Requirements
  • Minimum requirements:
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals, bio-medical sciences, or related field. MBA would be an additional qualification.
  • Experiences: Preferably, 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferable from a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Indispensable qualities:
  • Professional and discreet approach to all aspects of job in a multinational environment
  • Ability to comprehensively learn about new subject areas and environments.
  • Good level of written & spoken communication & presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with physicians & other healthcare decision makers.
  • Substantial business acumen
  • Autonomy in managing his/her priorities & activities.
  • Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant rules and procedures, and to scientific quality & integrity
  • Ability to efficiently manage projects cross-functionally including with head quarter.
  • Leadership, good active listener, good interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence &strength of conviction
  • Ability to negotiate, to resolve problems.
  • Good analytic skill
  • Energetic, enthusiasm and high commitment.
  • Ability to innovate and execute effectively.
