Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC) is an independent trade union confederation, founded in 2006 and registered as a professional organization with Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. CLC has also performed its important role as national centre providing genuine representation of 9 affiliates, including trade unions and associations within Cambodia.
CLC has successfully implemented its advocacy activities to promote and protect labour rights throughout Cambodia for almost two decades. In preparation for the effective execution of the new project “Better Living for All Workers (BELIEVE)” under EU support grant that contributes to enhancement of decent work, CLC seeks to recruit a dynamic and highly qualified 5 positions: a Consortium Programme Manager, Programme & MEL Coordinator, Finance Officer, Grant officer, and Communication Officer to perform the following roles and responsibilities.

CLC envision Cambodian society having democracy, respecting for human rights, fundamental freedoms, and equal rights between men and women, promoting compliance and application of the core labour standards within Cambodia. CLC’s ambition is to uphold decent work and labour justice for all workers/employees throughout Cambodia.
Programme title: Better Living Conditions for all Workers (Believe)
Objective
Workers in formal and informal economic sectors, daily sub-contracted workers, and self-employed, especially women, are able to exercise their rights to collectively bargain for better working conditions, fairer wages, and safe working environment.
Outcome
Workers, union leaders, and their support networks are able to enjoy their freedom of association, holding meaningful debate and influence economic decisions affecting them
