Invitation For Urgent Transportation Bid

The Faculty of Agricultural Science now invites seal bid from eligible and qualified self-cooperation, individual vehicle rental service and transportation company for field transportation.

This is required to offered transportation service for technician and tools from November 2023 to March 2024 as detail below:

1. Phnom Penh -Kompong Chnang Province (Samaki Mean Chey District)-Kompong Spue (Phnom Srouch District)
2. Phnom Penh -Kompong Thom Province (Santuk District)
3. Phnom Penh -Mondulkiri Province (Koh Nhaek District)

Terms and Condition:

• Each province will be conducted field travel once every two weeks, all bidder must be ensure to fully service needed at the same time.
• Each trip will be as long as 2 nights and 3 days.
• Providing the good condition of a minivan (12-15 seats) with insurance, regular maintenance, the van is suitable for remote areas with pumping roads and muddy.
• 15% withhold taxes will be applied or deducted from any self-cooperative, individual vehicle rental service and company without taxation declaration or service license registration and permit from the Royal Government Rule and Regulation.
