Job Summary

An E-Commerce/Reservation who oversee the online sale and presence of a retail company. They are responsible for developing to ensure the practicality and proper design of a company’s online marketing platforms. In this role, you may work to grow an e-commerce business by marketing improvements to customer experiences, fulfilling orders and maintaining the digital well-being of a company account.

Main Function

E-commerce/Reservation often handle the sale of products in different online stores, room unit, and shopping outlets and ensure that these platforms are user-friendly and easy to access. They evaluate the purchase decisions and specific needs of customers to make informed decision regarding promotional strategies, pricing and product lines. They are to provide inspiring leadership while directing the activities of the housekeeping department in support of the mission and goal established of the company.

Main Function

Operation Assistant is responsible for the success of the front desk team (Host), for ensuring guest satisfaction and production also product quality standards are met, and for managing all areas of the condo according to brad standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
