The CLV Cluster is comprised of three countries i.e. Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Our Vision for the CLV Cluster is: A CLV Cluster that increases our impact on the ground, strengthens our ability to influence policy changes at country and regional levels, raises income and saves costs.

Oxfam in Cambodia, which is part of the CLV cluster, we started working in Cambodia in 1979. We are working in partnership with other NGOs, private sectors, the Royal Government of Cambodia, and other development agencies to help the Cambodian people help themselves overcome poverty and suffering. Oxfam in Cambodia has 3 country programs including Voice for Change Program (V4C), Natural Resource Governance Program (NRG) and Inclusive Green Economy and Finance Program (IGEF).

DEPARTMENT and TEAM: Oxfam in Cambodia

SALARY: TBC

HOURS (FTE): 37.5 hours/week

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the strategy development and implement Oxfam Program of Natural Resource Governance for Cambodia Program through leading, managing the projects in the areas of Just Energy Transition and support project administrative work of Climate Reslience for All (CRfA) project of the NRG programme and being an influencer and thought leader in these areas with key actors, to achieve policy, attitude and practice change towards good governance of natural resources.

The JET Coordinator Programme Coordinator is responsible to manage and coordinate projects which relevant to the energy and climate change thematic areas. Currently there are three projects as listed below but not limit to these projects:

  1. Manage project title “Inclusive and Just Energay Transition in Cambodia”
  2. Manage a research study project title on “Engaging CSOs, Communities and Private Sector in influence policy for a Just Energy Transition in Cambodia”.
  3. Manage on project administrative and compliance works of project title “Climate Resilience for All” and Coordinate with other Programme Coordinator on the project contents.

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY Approximately 900,000 USD
