AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy embraces a college preparatory curriculum created in partnership with Foxcroft Academy and American University Phnom Penh that embraces a STEAM (science, technology, engineering arts, and mathematics) philosophy that focuses on combining disciplines designed not only to prepare students for university but also to provide students with real-world 21st Century skills. All courses are taught in English by teachers from around the globe. This ensures not only a variety of perspectives but also an expansive pool of highly qualified teachers. AUPPHS-FA promotes a Western-style pedagogy that provides students with multiple opportunities to express their understanding of a problem or issue. Students are required to take 3-4 Advanced Placement courses in both their junior and senior years.

AUPPHS-FA is affiliated with American University Phnom Penh and Foxcroft Academy (in the United States), thus the name. AUPPHS-FA is in its third year, experiencing steady growth in enrollment since its founding in 2020. Starting in the school year 2023-2024, AUPPHS-FA has included grades 7-12.
