Operation ASHA is an INGO dedicated to deliver healthcare services to the disadvantages in community, with a particular focusing on detecting and treating Tuberculosis (TB). We Op-ASHA serve in India and Cambodia, and our care model has been replicated globally.
In Cambodia, Operation ASHA receives the Global Fund Grants (GC7-Grants) 2024-2026, from the National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy (CENAT) and the Ministry of Health (MoH) in order to implement the C-DOTS program in providing the tuberculosis treatment in 11 provinces, 36 operational districts (OD), 486 health centers (HC) and 36 referral hospitals, covering the population of 8,101,489, accounting for 53% of the country’s total population in Cambodia.
Duration
Minimum 3 years commitment, full-time job, with a three-month probationary period.
Location: Phnom Penh, but traveling frequently to the field

The program will be supported by the provincial health department (PHD) and operational district (OD) of the target areas. Therefore, Operation ASHA is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of the Active Case Finding Coordinator, known as ACF Coordinator, to be based in Phnom Penh, but travel to the field to conduct the active case finding activities, in coordination with the community system strengthening coordinators (CSSC) in the target ODs in the field:
Position: Active Case Finding Coordinator (ACF Coordinator)
Location: Phnom Penh, but traveling to conduct the ACF activities in the field, regularly.

The program is implemented in partnership with the referral hospitals (RHs), with the support provided by the operational district (ODs), and the provincial health department (PHD) of the target areas.

Working hour: 8.00AM – 5.:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
