Assistant Customs Broker

Duties
  • To work with Customer Service Unit team, to support customers (manufacturing investors in RGPPSEZ) with various procedures including company registration, application for necessary permits or licenses, especially customs clearance procedures at time of importation and exportation.
  • One day before shipment, to communicate with customers and to prepare and organize documents needed for import or export shipment. Documents include Invoice, Packing List, Loading Plan etc.
  • On shipment day, to assist Customs Broker Team with necessary tasks including, to get the signature and stamp from customers on documents, to copy/scan documents, to assist in the inspection process if required by Customs Officials, and to pay official fees at the bank etc.
  • After shipment day, to coordinate with related parties such as customers and Customs Officials to complete the pending procedure, to complete the documentation sets.
  • To assist Customs Broker Team to make necessary reports such as transaction reports, procedures status reports, and payment report etc.
  • To develop and maintain good relationship with team members, government officers especially Customs Officials, and customers, as well as other related parties.
  • To help the team as needed and assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields.
  • Experience working in the logistics field is not a must but very appreciated.
  • Good English Speaking/Reading/Writing ability
  • Good Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email
  • Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
