Marketing Manager

Duties
  • Builds the strategy and drives the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Creates product positioning and messaging for online and digital marketing products, services, and solutions where applicable
  • Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case study, social media and online ads
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns.
  • Implementing management system in place.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends and social media).
  • Facebook set up paid ads Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Marketing Supervisor

  • 8:00am-12:00pm (Sat)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION (Purpose of Job)

Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and implement our marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization. You will work closely with our sales department on developing sales plans and meeting the organization’s objectives. Marketing team leaders are responsible for creating and managing project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time and escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery.

Duties
  • Supports the Corporate Marketing and PR teams with marketing content to improve company positioning
  • Works closely with product teams to help drive the near- and long-term product roadmap
  • Monitors and reports goals and insights to clients through email, social media managing, phone calls, and face-to face meetings
  • Develops and grows a team that fosters innovation and creativity
  • Planning and organizing marketing efforts to help grow our business and brand
  • Supervising the marketing team’s collaboration with project owners to create marketing and sales messages
  • Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition
  • Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns
  • Participating in recruiting marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives
  • Generate sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives.

Requirements
  • QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferable
  • Strong understanding of business and industry
  • Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs

Translator-English and Chinese

A Translator is a professional who specializes in converting written or spoken material from one language to another while maintaining the original meaning, format, and tone. They play a crucial role in facilitating communication and understanding between different language speakers.

Duties
  • Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Writing, speaking Chinese and English clearly (CN-EN, EN-CN, KH-EN, EN-KH, KH-CN)
  • Translate from English to Chinese, Chinese to English, Khmer to Chinese or English, English or Chinese to Khmer clearly will be priority
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Power point.
  • Any tasks that are assigned by GM. (TRS)
Requirements
  • QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role
  • Fluency in at least two languages in addition to your native language
  • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
  • Good knowledge of content editing tools
  • Familiarity with translation software
  • Additional certification in Linguistics is a plus

Duties

  • Assists with non-technical support and documentation.
  • Assists with identification, documentation, and training of support teams on Level 1 non-technical support issues.
