SpaciaNet is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Experience Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing user engagement mapping across SpaciaNet's digital hotel booking platform to increase conversion rates. This role involves analyzing data, identifying key parts in the user journey, and making data-driven recommendations to improve the overall conversion process.

Position Summary

Department: Sales and Product Development .

Report to: Product Manager  

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop user journey mapping to understand the paths users take when interacting with website and mobile applications that lead to conversion. 
  • Initiate and implement action plans to increase  the percentage of visitors who take desired actions, such as downloading, signing up, and making a reservation. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of website content, product descriptions, and calls to action (CTAs) in persuading users to take action.
  • Develop personalized content and experiences to users based on their preferences and behaviour.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to align keywords and content with user intent, improving organic traffic and conversion opportunities. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving user experience, website design, and content. 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Digital Technology, Business, Marketing or related field. 
  • Proven experience as digital technology or a similar role in digital marketing. 
  • Able to use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, etc).  
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.  
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on organic traffic and conversions. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize user journeys. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. 
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices. 
  • Experience with content management and personalization tools is a plus.
