Branch Manager

Reporting to (position): Managing Director

SUMMARY OF THE JOB:

Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision on operations at sites and to grow the business within the Sihanoukville and surrounding provinces. He is required to reach target set annually and ensure a high level of quality service for the works he carries out in these areas.

Branch Manager is also required to have a thorough knowledge of the market and the solutions/services the company can provide, maintain good branding of company and have good awareness of safety at work.

Duties
  • Ensure smooth and continuous service operations according to the company’s standard
  • Handling all technical and quality claims on service related matter with clients
  • Monitor, improve, and develop operations processes to ensure highest efficiency
  • Ensure working procedures and standard are implemented
  • Make sure that service items and scope of work required are delivered to clients
  • Prepare reports such as timesheet/attendance and service report etc to finance and payroll officer
  • Ensure materials and supplies are efficiently used and planned
  • Ensure staffs are well equipped with appropriate grooming.
  • Focus on client prospect and relay to commercial team to grow them further
  • Other related activities for better supervision and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Organized, independent, and honest
  • At least 2-year work experience from any service industry (operation department)
  • Experience and right attitude to be a customer minded is a PLUS
  • Committed to high standard
  • Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven.
 

Procurement Officer

Reporting to (position): Managing Director.

JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to manage the sourcing, procurement, and management of suppliers and vendors in support of the delivery of real estate, facilities, and project management services.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines

Duties
  • Responsible for designing and implementing sourcing strategies and procurement plans to support account, corporate and client strategies and objectives.
  • Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintains contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
  • Includes contract review and/or preparation and negotiation, contract administration and adherence to company policies and legal requirements and compliance.
  • Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals.
  • Interfaces with/advises peers and corporate management staff with changes or results.
  • Manages the supplier performance management and development program.
  • Negotiates contracts for goods, services, supplies, equipment, etc., ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance and timely delivery.
  • Designs and manages the RFP processes to support program goals and requirements. Works with internal and client stakeholders in establishing, managing, creating RFIs & RFPs and analyzing purchasing projects. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
  • REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and create Presentation. Working knowledge of database reporting and platform manipulation. Familiarity with use of contracts management tools and platforms.
