SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Payroll Officer typically possesses an educational background in Accounting, Finance and Banking, or any related field. She/he must have experience in accounting and payroll tasks for at least 2 years. Native Speaker of Khmer language and good in writing and speaking English is a plus, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Accounting. He/She is accountable for assigned tasks by the Payroll Supervisor. Honesty, transparency and accountability are of highest priority and all accounting department staff will follow these principles under guidance, training and control of the Finance Manager.
