The Pathlab Singapore Clinical Laboratory in Cooperation with Ly Srey Vyna Clinic has been operated since 2012 in Cambodia. The association with Ly Srey Vyna Clinic further provides with an immediate platform to further accelerate its growth in medical and healthcare capabilities. Laboratory Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • LAB OPERATIONS
  • Supervises the operations of the laboratory so that it runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Ensures that all test procedures follow the Good Laboratory Practices guidelines.
  • Responsible for the documentation and implementation of Quality Control procedures.
  • Ensures that all staff are aware of the laboratory test procedures and Quality Assurance is practiced. Monitor reports and ensures that correct test reports are produced. Authorized to sign test reports.
  • Ensures that test results are delivered promptly.
  • Trains and orientates all new lab personnel and recommends training for lab staff as necessary.
  • Attends to all enquiries and complaints internally or from clients pertaining to test results. Ensures good customer service is rendered on all occasions.
  • Assists in facilitating all trouble shooting sessions in the lab pertaining to lab equipment, procedures and instrumentation.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all lab equipment and instrument.
  • Ensure security of the lab equipment and company properties.
  • Monitors inventory of all items in the lab. Ensure that there is adequate level of stock of lab items such as reagents, ect…at all times.
  • STAFF MATTERS
  • Overseas the distribution of work for all lab staff. To be in charge of the duty roster and to arrange for coverage whenever necessary. Monitors staff attendance (absenteeism and medical leave) and takes disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Approve leave for all lab staff, under your supervision.
  • Supervises the work for all lab staff, dispatch and cleaners.
  • Assists in the recruitment of laboratory staff.
  • Communicates with all laboratory personnel, and laboratory related personnel on matters concerning staff which are outlined by management and vice versa.
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by management
Requirements
  • Diploma in Pharmacy or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician.
  • Competent in all areas of clinical lab tests.
  • Minimum 5 years lab experience and possess good work attitude and able to work as a team.
 

Medical Laboratory Technician (3 Positions)

  • Category: Health/Medical

  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time

Duties
  • Collects and processes blood samples.
  • Perform analysis on blood, urine and other body fluids.
  • Operates requisite laboratory equipment and instruments; records data; maintains and makes minor adjustments to equipment.
  • Prepares solutions, reagents, and stains following standard laboratory formulas and procedures and ensure appropriate stock level required in immediate work area.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician.
  • Competent in all areas of clinical lab tests.
  • Minimum 2 years lab experience and fresh graduated are encourage to apply, possess good work attitude and able to work as a team.
 

Nurse (2 Positions)

  • Able to travel out from Phnom Penh for work occasionally
