We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Announcement Positions

Operation Import

  • Category: Business Administration, Logistics, Internship, Shipping / Import / Export

Note : Operation import & Export and Fiance Assistant (internship can join too) please help remark for internship .

Duties
  • Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time.
  • Prepare import document to apply at Customs House.
  • Ensure the container delivery to customer upon shipment arrival.
  • Prepare weekly import report.
  • Have knowledge of import shipment with CDC/Master list.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
  • Good command of English
  • open for university students as intern
  • Good attitude and be able to work under pressure 
 

Operation Export

  • Category: Business Administration, Exec. / Management, Shipping / Import / Export, Operations Management
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: N/A
Duties
  • Booking container truck for loading.
  • Prepare draft BL to Shipping lines & Freight forwarders.
  • Update shipment status to customers.
  • Prepare weekly export report.
  • Key in all the expense invoices in the system and submit all invoices to accounts within the timeline.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
  • Good command of English
  •  open for university students as intern
  • Good attitude and be able to work under pressure 
 

Internship

  • Category: Internship, Logistics
  • Type : Job Opportunity
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Salary: N/A
Duties
  • Daily logistics operation supporting jobs
  • Support for Cross departmental communication to promote internal processes
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Can Speak English (Chinese is preferred)
  • Good computer literate especially Email, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Open for graduate university students and year 4 of university
