Ben Line Agencies Cambodia was established in 2002. Our core activities in Cambodia include Liner Agency, Port Agency, Offshore Support Services, Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding. The Ben Line Group has 1600 staff and 125 offices across Asia and Australia. It has been operating as a Shipping Company for 160 years, originally from Scotland, head office is now in Singapore.

We are looking for a Cambodian candidate to fulfill one position as with the following description:

Position – Sales & Marketing Executive

Category - Shipping & Logistics

Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm

Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)

Duties
  • Finding new potential customers and meeting with customers frequently.
  • Keeping customers updated with new/changed service, schedule, rate, surcharges etc.
  • Analyzing reports and carrying out market research to find new prospects.
  • Preparing weekly + monthly report to Managers.
  • Sending sales leads to Principles and oversea agents & follow up.
  • Communicating with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.
  • Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any).
  • Other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Good English.
  • Bachelor degree
  • One- or two-years’ experience in a similar role
  • Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
