Located in the heart of Cambodia’s “rice bowl”, the rice milling and processing firm is designed to meet domestic needs as well as export internationally.

Factory Manager

Position Summary: BRICo Factory Manager is in charge to look over the factory’s finances; execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize; factory managers are in charge of interviewing, screening and hiring new workers and employees; to ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers; also take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant may it be good or bad; lastly, factory managers ensures good relationships among the workers and that there are equal treatment applied to them.

Department: Operation Line

Under direct supervision of: Executive Director / Deputy Executive Director

Working condition details:

  • Both positions are full-time job with permanently contract after passing probation 3 months - Working Day: Mon – Sat
  • Working Hour: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 5:00 pm Sat 7:30am - 2pm
  • Compensation: annual leave 18 days, public holiday, yearly salary increasement based on performance and achievement, Life - Insurance, Bonus based on performance at the end of the year, Seniority, NSSF.
  • Accommodation: Free of charge (room, electricity, water supply) - Free 2 Meals/day
  • Location: Factory at Thmorkol district, Battambang Province

Quality Assurance Manager
