Embassy Residences is a residential building located in Tonle Bassac, Phnom Penh. It draws its name from its proximity to numerous embassies and government institutions. It has 85 units across 18 floors.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Officer.

The front desk officer is responsible for the reception and guidance of residents, contractors or visitors. You are also expected to handle some administrative activities including receiving shipments, and filing and organizing documents. You will be asked to ensure the front desk is kept in order and manage communication to create a great customer service outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Duties
  • Welcoming guest and tenants to the building, monitor and manage flow of visitors.
  • Directs and assist visiting guests and residents within the facility.
  • Deals with the general public, owner/residents, & employees with tact and courtesy.
  • Maintains a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and creates great customer service outcomes.
  • Contact appropriate individual, contractor or department (e.g., Engineer, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve call, request, or challenge.
  • Reports to Assistant Building Manager or Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk department and seek clarification before communicating responses to Residents/Visitors.
  • Understand the buildings operations, can help to pass marketing materials and contacts persons for leasing and sales purposes.
  • Assist in rent roll service, collection of cash, issuance of invoicing and receipts.

  • Professional and polite appearance at all time
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, good communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Must demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet and email)
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
