Children in Families (CIF) is a local Cambodian NGO, based in Phnom Penh, and operating across Cambodia. CIF provides both direct services to vulnerable Cambodian children, as well as supporting and capacity-building services to other organizations in Cambodia, and in other parts of the world.
One of CIF’s largest projects is the development and support of OSCaR (the Open-Source Case-management and Record-keeping system), a digital case management and data management system for NGOs. Funded by several donors, but primarily through the Family Care First Initiative facilitated by Save the Children, OSCaR has been provided to nearly 50 user organizations in Cambodia and abroad.
Services Required
Children in Families (CIF) is looking for a qualified mobile development company to continue to develop OSCaR mobile application. Within the last two years, OSCaR web application has updated many features, which left mobile app for both iOS and Android far behind. To be up to date with the current technologies and respond to the needs of many organizations who need to work in the fields (where limited internet connection), mobile apps play a significant role in addressing that challenge. The mobile is primarily built for supporting case management work only (For details, please see ToR).
