Khmer Fresh Milk Co., Ltd (KFM) is a leading high-tech dairy farm in Cambodia, officially registered with the ministry of commerce in July 26, 2017 to produce the best quality dairy products to serve Cambodian people. The company has chosen Takeo province to raise a herd of 1,000 cattle over 300 hectares of land as the first phase of the plans in Cambodia.

Accounting Officer

Report To : Accounting and Taxation Manager

Department : Accounting/Finance

Location : Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh

Job Summary: The Accounting Officer will support accounting and finance department under the leadership of Accounting and Taxation Manager. She or he will mainly be accountable for fixed assets, accounts receivable, inventory reconciliation, and assist other tasks as assigned.

Duties
  • Record accounting transactions into accounting system (Excel, QuickBooks).
  • Conduct monthly bank, petty cash and advance reconciliation.
  • Process bank transactions such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer, write check.
  • Maintain all financial and accounting reports and records with all supporting documents.
  • Fixed asset depreciation and controlling.
  • Inventory reconciliation as per record and physical count.
  • Submit taxes declaration to tax department.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager and directors in a reasonable framework.
Requirements
  • Graduated bachelor degree in accounting, finance, banking, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years experiences in accounting, preferably in food industry.
  • Experienced using accounting system, QuickBooks, microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
  • Be pro-active, excellent record keeping, and result-oriented.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A well discipline person, honest, and attention to details.
  • An enthusiastic person who works harmoniously with the team and other departments.
  • Willing to occasionally visit Kirisu farm at Bati district (Phnom Tamao) as required.
 

Purchasing Supervisor

Report To : Purchasing Manager

Department : Accounting/Finance

Location : Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh

Job Summary: The Purchasing Supervisor will support accounting and finance department under the leadership of Purchasing Manager. She or he will mainly be accountable for purchasing materials, equipment to support operations and feeds, and maintain a concrete connection with vendors, suppliers, and all kinds of contractors.

Duties
  • Conduct vendor sourcing and selection, prices comparison and analysis, vendor performance and cost review. Find at least 3 quotations and do the negotiation of prices and terms.
  • Carry out market research and survey on an ongoing basis, with the aim of keeping up-to-date on suppliers, contractors, service providers, goods, parts, including those that offer the best payment conditions, prices, quality, yield, delivery time, etc. Prepare comparison sheet for approval.
  • Periodically carry out market inspections to ensure the satisfactory health and hygiene conditions of suppliers handling foodstuffs, feed and particularly fresh or perishable items.
  • Establish contractual partnership with our vendors by comparing costs, quality, and service to get the best value during the purchasing process.
  • Implement cost saving ideas and prepare purchase order (PO) and confirm to supplier.
  • Update and follow up the delivery, the suppliers, PO, purchase request (PR), and database.
  • Check all goods, and handover to requesters using delivery note (DN).
  • Prepare request for payment and handover to accounting team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in a reasonable framework.
Requirements
  • Graduated bachelor degree in any related fields.
  • At least 3 years of food and beverage, or agriculture fields supervisory experiences, preferably food industry.
  • Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
  • Model company values by demonstrating a positive attitude, operating with high energy and through achievement of company objectives and goals.
  • Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with problem solving.
  • A team player, flexible, and proactive.

Maintenance Technician

Report To : Maintenance Manager

Department : Repair and Maintenance

Location : Bati district (Phnom Tamao), Takeo province

Job Summary: The Maintenance Officer will support repair and maintenance, and processing plant departments under the leadership of Maintenance Manager. He will mainly be accountable for performing regular maintenances of air conditioners, machineries, and other related parts.

Duties
  • Maintain all devices and equipment in Processing Plant.
  • Repair all faults devices and equipment in processing plant and agriculture equipment.
  • Assist workshop team to repair and maintenance all equipment in farm.
  • Be responsible for transferring milk from dairy farm to processing plant.
  • Fix all concern problems required by Processing Plant supervisor and workshop supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in a reasonable framework.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of maintenance schedule A/C cooling chilling and cooling such as factory institution.
  • Must know of technical data reading.
  • Understand schematic of device and function.
  • Well understand of component disassembly and reassembly and overhaul it.
  • Knowledge of technical device and condition basement.
  • Must understand of agriculture equipment maintenance and service.
  • Electrical basic of device and understanding.
  • Mechanical function of agriculture equipment knowledge.
  • Manage to repair within timeframe and in cooperation with team behavior.
  • Work under pressure must be advantage.
  • Independent and team working.
  • Be able to analyze faults and diagnoses.
  • An enthusiastic person who works harmoniously with the team and other departments.
  • Willing to work overtime, shift rotation.
