LOCAM empowers women and children living in poverty through a range of innovative solutions. Our approach combines education, training, and the provision of essential care and protection to ensure a multidimensional and sustainable vision of empowerment. LOCAM is seeking for a qualified candidate for the position of Accountant/Administrator based in Phnom Penh with travel to provinces.
